Pre-orders are taken as requests and can’t always be guaranteed, but I’ll do my best to fill them. You will be notified if your request is successful. Lamb boxes come as set packs and cannot be substituted. All meat cuts will be delivered fresh, vacuum-sealed, and chilled, ready for your fridge (for up to 1 week) or freezer (for up to 2 years).
