Our raw honey is harvested from hives here at Elata Farm in the Southern Highlands and bottled with minimal handling to preserve its natural flavour and character.

The taste changes with the seasons and whatever is flowering across the farm and surrounding landscape, making each batch a little different. Nothing added, nothing blended — just pure, local honey straight from the hive.
