Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver Elata Farm products directly to customers across our available delivery areas Sydney and the Southern Highlands of NSW.

As many of our products are produced in small batches or are seasonally available, orders are dispatched when products become available and may not be shipped immediately after ordering. Where relevant, expected delivery timing will be communicated to you.

Lamb Box Deliveries

Lamb boxes are delivered on scheduled delivery dates. The applicable delivery date will be provided when ordering or communicated prior to delivery.

Customers will receive a 2-hour estimated delivery window on the day prior to delivery.

Chilled & Frozen Products

Perishable products are packed in insulated thermal boxes with ice packs to help maintain a safe temperature during delivery.

We recommend that your order is refrigerated or frozen, as appropriate, as soon as possible after delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order or that there is a suitable safe place for it to be left. Once delivered, responsibility for promptly storing perishable products passes to the customer.
