Brisket is ideal for slow roasting, braising, smoking or cooking until tender enough to pull apart. Its generous marbling and connective tissue break down beautifully over time, creating succulent beef with deep flavour.

Pasture-raised & finished in the Southern Highlands and packed in approximately 1kg portions.
