Made from 100% pasture raised and finished beef from Elata Farm in the Southern Highlands. Slowly rendered in small batches, this pure beef tallow has a smooth, creamy texture and a natural ivory colour.

The cattle are raised entirely on pasture, never grain fed, and managed using regenerative farming practices
