Made from pasture-raised sheep raised on Southern Highlands farms, these sausages offer a richer, deeper flavour than traditional lamb sausages. Ideal for the barbecue, a sausage sandwich or a hearty weeknight meal.

Naturally raised on pasture and produced in small batches, they're a delicious introduction to the distinctive character of mutton.

Frozen fresh shortly after processing to preserve flavour and quality. Best enjoyed within 6 months of the packing date.
