Mutton - Shoulder

A traditional slow-cooking cut prized for its rich flavour and tenderness. Raised on pasture and prepared by a local butcher, mutton shoulder rewards low and slow cooking with beautifully succulent meat that falls away from the bone.

Frozen fresh shortly after processing to preserve flavour and quality. Best enjoyed within 12 months of the packing date.
