I’m pleased to offer pasture-raised eggs from Ecolibrium Farm, a regenerative farm just down the road from Elata Farm.
The hens are raised on pasture and regularly moved onto fresh ground, giving them the opportunity to roam, forage and express their natural behaviours. This farming approach benefits both the animals and the land, while producing eggs with outstanding flavour and quality.
Deep golden yolks, rich flavour and a creamy texture that reflects the hens’ diverse diet and life on pasture.
